If you have not heard, GrowRuck 15 in Georgia is real and it is right around the corner.  The weekend is being hosted by the F3 Cherokee and F3 Alpha regions, we’re launching on the weekend of August 23-25, 2019. Right now, there are over 100 PAX from many different regions in the Southeast that have HC’d which could make this the biggest and baddest GrowRuck yet. #CSAUP 
Quick note on cost: The cost to participate in this GrowRuck Tough Challenge is $150 which includes GrowSchool, GORUCK registration, a T-Shirt, and sweet patches for the finishers. At this point, in order to HC (hard-commit) the full $150 has to be paid on the F3 Nation site. Also, for those who put a deposit, the rest can be paid via the F3 GrowRuck website at  https://f3nation.com/shop/. 
The Event Q’s for the weekend are Uncle, Slaughter, and Dark Helmet from F3 Nation as well as local Q’s such as Babyface, Dosido, Bloodhound, Ha-Ha, and Carmen Sandiego. We as Q’s will mainly be there to lead the Saturday morning workout and 2-hour GrowSchool afterwards which will cover F3’s foundational leadership principles and plenty of other #mumblechatter. It will also be interactive for the PAX. Other than that, we are coming for 2ndF on Friday night and to participate in the GoRuck Tough challenge with everyone else. The starting point for GoRuck Tough will be Grimes Bridge Park Soccer Field at 6pm on Saturday. Show early and show out!

Saturday, August 24th
7:00am – Convergence: Q’s are Dark Helmet, Uncle, & Slaughter Location – Church of the Messiah – 415 Charles Cox Dr, Canton, GA 30115
8:15 am – Coffeeteria / Breakfast onsite – Chick-Fil-A to be provided.
9:00 – 11:00 – GrowShool Q’s Dark Helmet, Uncle, & Slaughter

6:00pm – GORUCK Tough Challenge launches

Plan on 12-14 hours from the start time for the GORUCK Tough Challenge to conclude
Note: We understand commitments so feel free to join any of the F3 events even if you have not HC’d for the GRT, however you should HC to the GRT.
