This type of CSAUP does not come along very often, you don’t want to miss this.

If you are not aware, GrowRuck is an intentional leadership development event that takes place over a series of events throughout the weekend. On top of that, it is a CSAUP event which will push your limits. The commitment information is below, we are expecting big numbers for this event as this is where F3 started as you know. The focus has been on hosting these events outward, but this is a chance to bring it all home.

The cost to participate in the full weekend is around $150. This includes GrowSchool Leadership Training, covers the costs related to the ruck event, a T-Shirt, and sweet patches. Make your HC (hard-commit) official by registering now.

Gear

Below is the approved gear list. What works for you is up for debate, but be sure to bring the required gear. It is important to use your gear ahead of time and attend simulated training events. Things like a dry bag, extra change of clothes, nutrition, headlamp batteries, and knowing how to manage your water bladder make all the difference. Prepare as though you and your Ruck will be fully submerged in water.

Required Gear

• Ruck (suggested minimum volume: 20L)
• 30 lb Weight (20lb Weight if PAX weighs less than 150lbs)
• 6L of water (At least 3L must be pure water with no additives.)
• Headlamp with red light & extra batteries
• Reflective bands on Ruck
• Carabiner suitable for climbing
• Photo ID

• Windbreaker depending on the temperature
