Every man must seek, embrace, and dominate that pain and suffering in order to have an impact on the world and pull men out of darkness and into the light.

Find a need, Fill a need. #FanFan

GrowRuck weekend accelerated his leadership, and that of the entire F3 Puget Sound region, more than any other event. Witnessing the positive effects of accelerated leadership in his personal and professional life, and in the broader Puget Sound community, has been an inspiration to train other men across the country through the same high impact GrowRuck experience. 529 believes that growing as a leader improves our effectiveness in all other endeavors, and the cornerstone of that growth is a deep understanding of our true capabilities. Nothing accomplishes that better or faster than GrowRuck.
